ICP

i hate them.

there are only two people who actually like ICP. one boy and one girl. but they have been cloned many times. kids who like ICP are the worst people on earth. i hate this goth/dark guitar music culture that centers around ICP and system of a down. the nightmare before christmas sucks. these kids are more homogeneous then anyone. they are so alike to oneanother that it baffles me how incapable they are of intelligent and free thought. i don't know why i hate them so much. i usually hate fashion statements in general... but i seem to find deep offense against counter culture.

perhaps because other culture fiends, like emo kids or hippies, have less a sense of mission and self righteousness. counter culture usually includes an outspoken distaste for organized religion and a stigma against what they percieve as "confromists." they perceive (to great feelings of self accomplishment and worth) that they are unique and special, and that they have more figured out then "the conformists." i find this to be ironic.. because i don't know anyone who conforms more then they do. i do realize that they are so below me, that even responding in anger to them mirrors some drunk ass hole telling some 5 year old his painting is ugly... but i feel that the culture is based on such lies/mistruth... that it makes me sad that human beings can be so vein and idiotic. system of a down sucks, icp sucks. the guitar is not a lead instrument. listen you fools. only insipid children who hate music like guitars. frets themselves are weapons against musicianship. there is only one way to escape the immediate folly of youth guitar/distortion obsessed culture. and that is to go to a music appreciation class. i feel surrounded by fools, alienated, i am actually angry that people around me are stupid. they piss me off with their lives. based off childish themes while they drown in themselves, needing to decorate themselves to feel recognized and desired as people.
